Cassie came to us as a stray, her age is estimated to be around 7-8 years old. She came in very overweight & we have already taken 4 pounds off of her. She currently weighs 19 lbs. We cut down on her food intake & exercised her. We have found that she HATES walks! She has been in foster care and doing well. We would consider her to be 80 % housebroken. She loves sunbathing and being a couch potato. She is fine with all other dogs as companions in the house, but is not playful with them. She is mostly interested in her human. She has become very attached to her foster dad. Every night she watches TV with him and follows him everywhere. Cassie is shy and timid, loud noises scare her and will send her running off. She would prefer a quiet home with older teenagers if you have kids. She has had a dental, has good blood work and is fully vaccinated and microchipped. We are looking for Pug savvy people who are aware of the many needs of this breed. Cassie is exercise and heat intolerant. She would prefer a house with a yard so she can sunbathe.
